Any one had the issue of cogentco servers?

Its an ISP, or at least a server between some people and Blizz. They have issues with their servers communicating correctly with Blizzards

Ah. I had that problem with Eve Online once except it was with "Global Crossing". CCP (developers of Eve) had to contact them on my behalf. I was getting upwards of 95% packet loss and dcing every 15 minutes or so.
to be honest know i dont im on the eastcoast i personally have no reason to know the other time zones .... i dont travel or nothing -AnybodyN9NE
