I briefly healing a couple Naxx runs in Wrath before being told to go DPS.
Now that I've played longer and understand mechanics and whatnot more, I'd like to try healing again.

However, I can't decide on a class...

I've narrowed it down to:
Druid
Shaman
Possibly Monk (I'd need to try it out a bit first)

Between these three, which is more new-healer friendly?
Which would be easier to gear up and join a guild as?

Which are good at PvP?

out of those, monk is probably the most fun, all healers are fun, except for paladins

Haven't Holy Paladins been consistently good since wrath?
If you're willing to step outside the classes you listed, I'd say Holy Paladins would be a save choice.

Of the ones you listed, I haven't tried Monk Healing yet, but I find my Resto Shaman to be pretty fun

Yeah, I prefer Horde, too, honestly. I was Ally in Cata, though, because I made a random Worgen just to mess around and found a great guild. That said, if it's gotta be Horde, I always debated on making a female Orc Shaman. I had a Troll Shaman who was fun, though. For healing, the Berserking might even be the better racial, if that matters to you. I just like Trolls, though haha. So I'm probably biased there. I just think the female Orc armor models look better than most other races is why I mentioned it.
