run heroics. 80 vp first completion every day, 40 every run after the first. considering 90% of heroic runs now are speed runs done by 490+ 90's looking for quick jp and vp, they're much faster. it's also a faster way to earn honor for xmog gear instead of doing pvp(if that's the only reason you wanted to do pvp was for the xmog gear), by converting jp into hp.

I've seen that last part a few times. I'm going to have to look into this JP > HP business since I'm still inching my way toward LFR ilvl at 454, right now.

I've seen a lot people say they're running it just because they need the valor. Its just a matter of most people who are high geared don't think to run heroics.
This is the prowess of CE. Romantic masters, clearly:

This isn't true. I've had plenty of Heroics where I was the one doing three times as much damage as the next DPS down.

Just last night I had a tank that had 200k less HP than I did with the Luck of the Draw bonus.
I will rule the world, and find that truly good cup of coffee.

Because you can semi afk most fights and just smite and still be top two for heals... I only run dungeons with friends, something about pulling 65k followed by 2-3 people doing 34-45k and one person who is usually a rogue doing 19k... I always ask how a 85 got into the dungeon... most people don't find it as humorous as me ^.^

i almost always have more hp than tanks when i do heroics. dk's naturally have a f*** ton of health because our gear is so stacked with stamina even as a dps.
