I prefer Professional Mode to make it (at least ever so slightly) more challenging.

Professional New Game. I just love the RPG-like feeling of building up a character's equipment and making choices about that.

Professional. Because once you play professional enough, normal is just too easy...

I agree.

I am playing Professional over and over at the moment to try and maximize money and round count. I am using regular weapons because they're more satisfying to use instead of the infinite ones.

Agreed. The infinite weapons are fun for half a play through, and then they get boring because they make the game too easy.

I've only beaten Professional twice, it was enjoyable but normal fits my style of playing better. Loved the challenge though!
I've beaten Resident Evil 4 (54) Times.
