Gonna have to say Darksiders. I've noticed a lot of hack and slash games do a lot in the way of platforming and "adventure"ing, but it's usually shallow and really bad. Darksiders went the whole nine yards, though, and just devoted a legitimate portion of the game to it, and they did it well. So it's a really great game for more than just its hack and slashing. But yeah, going with that.
