That from now on whenever you bring up the subject of Devil May Cry, this game and it's image will be grouped along with the original franchise. I can't even talk about the HD collection without some person saying "Did you play the new one?".
Its like the one game that just ruins the image of the franchise. And yes i know about Devil May Cry 2 but seriously "Don't speak, just die" was epic.
I'm bored. So since theres about 25 minutes left until the 15th over here. Who is your DmC board valentine?
"King? Yeah, here's your crown" was also really cool. Aside from that, DMC 2 had redeeming qualities.
-Introduction of Bloody Palace -Introduction of being able to play as a different character -Twosome Time was introduced -Dante's design still looked like himself. -You didn't have to buy a separate disc to play Bloody Palace or wear different outfits. The only separate disc was Lucia's...and that ALREADY came with Dante's disc.
While DMC 2 was rather bland at times, it was an example of "change" without going completely overboard.
Newer isn't always better. And I shall keep Dante's Force Edge polished and sharp till he comes back.
