I really, really, really want DMC 5 now! And please don't let Ninja Theory make it. I remember an article that said "Capcom Happy to Prove Fans Wrong." Guess they'd better scrap that article.
But my thoughts are both Capcom and Ninja Theory did a terrible job with this DmC. The fans didn't ask for this, many don't like it, many who BOUGHT AND PLAYED DmC don't like (can't tell them that they're judging the game without trying it), I just don't like DmC. Yes, some had fun with it and yes, many bought it. What people are forgetting is the satisfaction polls. You see, you can't return a video game. Once it's yours, it's yours. So even if people hated it, they can't take it back to get a refund. Aside from that, Capcom and Ninja Theory failed to reach their targeted audience. DmC wasn't directed at original DMC fans. It was supposed to bring in new fans. And people can't say that, "DMC fans ruined the franchise by not buying it." We were told, "Don't like it, then don't buy it or play it." We did that as we were told, so can't be mad now.
If we don't get a proper DMC 5, then all right. But I won't be buying, renting or borrowing DmC ever.
*sharpens and polishes Force Edge*
Newer isn't always better. And I shall keep Dante's Force Edge polished and sharp till he comes back.
