After watched the whole DmC "movie", I still don't get it what is the new Donte's story has to do with the theme "Devil May Cry" except it is the title of the game?

Anyone get the idea?

Right on. I also think DMC4 is about Nero's tear for Kyrie. Dante was having fun and running around in DMC4 most of the time! XD

Admittedly, the actual concept of devils crying because of their humanity doesn't really come into play. That said, Dante choosing to side with humankind, despite not being human, does echo the theme of the original game. Ultimately, him being demon, angel, or Nephilim doesn't have any bearing--what he is is not as important as who he is.

Yes, yes, he's "Dante, no more, no less"--but then so is DMC Dante. They are characters defined by their spirits and not their blood.
