In RE2 I always thought she's a good person even when I finished the game, in RE4 I thought she was both good and bad, her mission was for the bad guys but she did alot of good stuff and helped Leon and Ashley alot, I was kinda surprised when I saw her as a villan in ORC, so yea I mostly consider her a hero not villan, what about you guys?
She's a *****, yeah. Krauser described RE4 Ada spot-on.
For some reason though, I'm leaning more on belief that whatever Ada's planning is not really good. Considering her actions, she may have good intentions(arguably you can say Wesker had the same thing), but the way she handled 'John' led me to believe that she'll cause everyone else hurt and pain.
Whether or not you agree with me may depend on which version of Ada you first know(RE2 or DC).
TL;DR: Undecided, but chances are leaning on 'villain'.
