RE characters basicly run around 24/7 without ever resting. Just how far can you run before you need to catch your breath?

I can do just about 8 km in a nice steady pace and then i'm done/broken for the day.

I can ride a bicycle for about 40 minutes.
There is no such thing as a "Quick Time Event done right".
A game that has Quick Time Events is a "video game done wrong".

I'm fine even for longer duration of physical activity as long as it is not running in circles. Running with a goal in sight and for short durations is fine, but whenever I see 'run in lapse', I use up more stamina by getting bored of it than by actual running. It just seems so pointless to do.

Well, I prefer acrobatics and martial arts over running, and would probably end up left behind in a scenario... especially with that load. Just imagining to carry all that extra weight of weapons (especially Chris) with me, makes the entire thought of running even less pleasant than it already is.

...However I would be able to perform far more melee hits than 6 before running out of Stamina. XD (or how much stamina bar do they have again?)

When I'm on a treadmill, I can go for about 20 minutes at medium speed. But I do get knackered easily because I'm a smoker and that has taken a toll on my stamina greatly.

I lightly run at about 6-7 MPH for around 30 minutes a day 3-4 times a week without ever needing to slow down or stop to catch my breath. Typically, this is around 3.5 miles in 30 minutes and I feel tired, but not completely sapped after running. I also took Tae Kwon Do in college and I lift weights pretty regularly, so I guess my endurance is pretty high lol.

I can run about 3/8th of a mile before I stop. Used to be 1/8th, but walking 3 miles a day helped.

fastest i've clocked myself running is 4 mph at full speed, and can hold my breath for 8 minutes underwater.

my doctor says that's not bad for someone who's been smoking for 8 years.
