Ninja Theory can stay the hell away from Onimusha.
They can stay the hell away from the industry as far I'm concerned.
I use to feel EXACTLY like this. Heavenly Sword which came out with my PS3 when it came out was actually an decent game, it was no DMC or NG or Bayo but it certainly was a good cinematic experience. Enslaved looked impressive but I've only played the demo.
Then I heard and saw what they did to my DMC and I completely disowned series but I tried the DmC demo out and it turned out to be really good, ESPECIALLY the OST being the highlight of the Secret Ingredient boss battle.
I think Ninja Theory could do a good job with Onimousha if they give it the cinematic flare that its other titles have. Infact reboot as a parallel universe like DmC so it doesn't taint the original Trilogy if it turns out to be ****.
