I'd be pleased if they could get even ONE of these right.

My main issue with RE0 was the poorly thought inventory system. That also happens to be one of my main issues with RE6.

I liked RE0 a lot, so in a "RE game" aspect it didn't flop in my eyes. Sales wise I dunno tho

Maybe a part of the gameplay was a bit stale by the time it was released. A game with the same atmosphere but with updated controls is a winning combination IMO. Again, RE:R pretty much did this tho

I sure did like the pick and drop mechanic of RE 0 though item box is better in my opinion
I Found A Survivor. The B.O.W.s Got Her Though.

Amnesia/Metroid Prime among others have them and do well.
Not sure what point you were trying to make.

I'm indifferent to an inventory system now, but Dead Space still shows it can be seamlessly implemented. RE5 also had a toggle-able mini map in the corner of the screen. No constant pausing needed.
