Currently I'm getting lag spikes that causes the game to freeze (with waiting to reconnect), so I was wondering if there was any lag friendly heros. At the moment I can only think of KotL.

Wisp I guess. Realistically lag is going to have a big impact no matter what hero you play. If you're spiking consistently it's probably better to stop playing until things are sorted out.
And with that...pow! I'm gone!

Any right-click hero. Get Phase Boots for optimal results.

I literally do this on Sillybear's Bear. Right-click a target, and activate Phase Boots. THen I forget the bear and make Silly run in circles until entangle procs.

Yeah, any blinkdagger-reliant hero is a hoot with lag.
For who could ever...?

Good thing Tidehunter's not Blink Dagger reliant then?

Skeleton King

Also for blink reliant heroes, easy, just use blink dagger then hold shift, press r for ravage. Then I guess no one shift queues anymore.

Back when I was forced to play on uswest (around 200ms for me), I used a hell of a lot of venge, CM, and dazzle

those 3 are very easy to use with lag
