I would sacrifice voice acting for better content. I find a lot of the content to be pointless filler. Your guilds, and daedric missions make up most of the good content. The tons of other missions you can do are really boring and pointless. Do a random mission for someone, no major reward aside from what is in the big chest at the end of the dungeon, which is probably not as good as what you already have.

Considering Skyrim's voice acting was pretty bad to begin with, sure. Well not totally bad but very inconsistent (some Nords sounded American while others had the same Swedish voice).

Knight Orders? Deeper faction quests with possible story branches? More exploration? More build opportunities? All included in the same space that would include voice acting? I'll take a game that merely has sound effects and music but more content over a voice acted game anyday.

Not a chance. Voice acting IS content. It can help set the mood. It's an aspect of the game.

In a heartbeat.

Yes, but they can perhaps lower the soundquality a bit since they already got crap VAs anyway

when they added voice acting is when the games started going downhill. look at everything we have lost from morrowind. so yes, loose the voices to bring back real enchanting.
