Would you prefer if the world of Skyrim was reduced by 33% but : the combat was flawless and visceral, there were no bugs and glitches, there was more impactful decisions, deeper characters, and more variety in NPC dialogue?

Probably but then again 33% doesn't seem like that big of a reduction given how great the other things sound, now if it was say a 90% decrease I probably wouldn't want it.

Yes...Any day of the year. Fallout 3 had a very small world, compared to Skyrim and especially Oblivion, and still managed to have a awesome world with intresting locations, minus the obvious repetition of layouts and textures....There is so much you can do...
