When reverse pickpocketing poisons, does the Alchemy perk "Concentrated Poison" have any effect?

It's much better and safer just to sneak attack with a strong bow or dagger than reverse pickpocket.

Keep in mind that you need the Poisoned Pickpocket perk in order for the npcs to drink any poison you reverse pickpocket onto them.
Been a murder, over in Riften. Some old lady who runs an orphanage. Those poor children must be heartbroken.

Depends what you're going for. You could be in a situation where you want a few seconds to get away, while the victim dies the least noticeable kind of death.

This was useful for killing the rich old guy who requested a Dark Brotherhood hit, in the bar in Whiterun.
