For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you

You can use the Always Killcam Mod.

Not sure if it works with 1.5 but its worth a try.
HOLY ****! What is this? Forged in Gods very flames! Do mine eyes tell me lies? A new Elder Scrolls game?
Time is nigh, I must fly, Venture forth on my quest!

adding the following lines to your "skyrim.ini" file, located in your My Games/Skyrim/ folder, will enable ranged killcams to occur for almost every valid ranged kill.

[VATS]
fVATSCastingAfterKillDelay=1.2000
uVATSRangedPercentSneak=100
uVATSRangedPercentGlobal=100
bVATSIgnoreProjectileTest=0
bVATSAllowNoKill=0
bVATSMultipleCombatants=1
bVATSForceRanged=1

Feel free to tweak the settings to suit your taste. I reccommend setting "allownokill" to 0, to prevent killcams from tracking missing or non-fatal arrows

Could try this mod. There's an interface that sets percentage for likelihood of a kill cam and to force 3rd person.

Not sure if it works with archery, but I don't see why it wouldn't.

... Except for it works about 80% of the time and apparently glitches if dies the kill cam as you complete a quest.
