I have the same problem too... I noticed it after using aura whisper shout. It was cool at first (makes you look like a draugr) but it gets old quick.

I have the same bug, and can we please skip all the jokes and try to solve this problem as soon as possible? The Aura Whisper glitch is killing me and i cant look at my beautiful Dunmer woman in the eyes anymore due to this glitch. While the Spheres in the eyes can be fixed by making that texture 100% transperant via Photoshop, it is the glowing decal effect that is killing me.

I know taht this effect can be removed via Skyrim's Construction Set, but the program is not out yet, so we have to fix this somehow without it at the moment.

Me and Alucard are not the only one here with this problem, my guess is that tons of people have the exact same problem. So if ANYONE, knows how to fix this, your help is needed and i be happy if someone can help us wiht this problem.

The best thing to do and solve the problem is to find the dreugh Eye and particle effect DDS files and make them transperant to 100%. I can do that but getting a good BSA Extractor is hard, especialy for Skyrim. So if i manage to solve the problem, i be sharing the little patch to anyone ho has the same problem with Aura Whisper ;)

same BSA version that was used in F3/NV, so FOMM would work fine.

I'm having a similar issue, though instead of a white glow that completely blocks the eyes, I have a light blue glow that isn't totally obtrusive. It looks like glowing eye shadow... hehehe

If it matters, it's on a High Elf.

Same problem here... 20+ hours in, really breaks the game for me. Any fixes yet?

Registered here only to tell this: I had the same problem (PC). Didn't try to solve or anything, just searched the web for solution (but nothing was found). The problem has disappeared by itself after the battle with Alduin (don't consider it a spoiler 'cause it's pretty damn obvious already).
Hope this would help anybody.
