lol this one is a pretty fun one for me too. It reminds me of thet thread where tons of people had their messages modded then started faking it. Which IIRC stemed from another thread linked in response to the modding
Lloyd Vs Kratos is a very close second and I think its more emotional and needed for the plot. But what makes Luke Vs Asch so amazing is the song, how similar they are despite differences, and how symbolic and meaningful it feels
Lloyd v. Kratos was nice in terms of what preceded it, but the encounter itself was disappointing imo. They set it up so well, yet it didn't really deliver.
I'd either go with Abyss or Vesperia. Yuri v. Flynn is such a great, light-hearted brawl. Can't help but smile every time I play it. Luke v. Asch is sort of the exact opposite. It's this heavy, melodramatic resolution to that conflict. The scenes before and after the duel in Abyss are great though, whereas Vesperia's is pretty much on a whim. The fight in Vesperia is way more fun, but that's partly just because the battle-system was better. Meh. Abyss gets my vote.
