I don't remember if i have made this topic before but does anyone else get any kind of hand pain or thumb fatigue when you play intensive games with vita? My left thumb has started to shake when i put in on analog stick and my right is better because i don't need to use right analog as much.

Just few days of MHFU and it started again. I honestly don't know what do because this slight hand pain and left thumb fatigue makes playing impossible if i have use analog sticks. I'm afraid that i might have to sell my vita because i can't play with it anymore and it makes me sad. This started right after few days of playing monster hunter and before that my thumb was just fine. I honestly thought that this condition was only caused by psp for some people.

Only way for me to play vita comfortably is turning the device upside down but its not fun to play games that way lol.

I want to say that i'm not seeking medical advice and i'm not trolling.

I have small girly hands, so no problems.
I'm clever, vaguely feminine, a vampire, and I wield Dice. PH33R.
The 3DS and PSVita are both outstanding systems. Wally the Equality Weasel says so.

take breaks when playing?

I know that when I play for long hours my hands start to cramp up and go numb after a while and it gets pretty painful if I keep going. If it happens to you a few minutes into gaming though then I really do suggest you get that checked man.

Seriously? Hands getting sore from too much video games?

Doesn't seem like a big deal, you can't just get over it or get used to it?

Sorry if that sounded kind of mean, but, geez.

The vita for me wasn't designed that good grip wise. Try putting you four fingers on the back of it or even 2 and put your thumb on the left stick. No grip which was uncomfortable and unstable. Thats why I recommend to TC the grip I posted.

I don't think it has anything to do with actual muscle strength because i'm in ok physical health and i can play with controllers all day long without any issues. We play games like 6 hours straight with my friend every saturday and i have ZERO fatigue or anything after wise. Its just the position i need to hold vita i guess.

How the hell i'm supposed to be ok with this? I said that i CAN'T PLAY ANYMORE BECAUSE OF THIS. My left thumb has some serious issues now. It trembles so bad that i my character keep turning from left to right because i can't keep my thumb still.

Well the thing is that weakness and tremors of the left thumb starts immediately when i put vita in my hands. It goes away eventually after "playing through the pain" but its annoying as well.
