restore everything. memory card and ps vita system to their factory settings. takes less then 5 minutes!

I got it to work. I went to sony's site and got help via web chat with a worker(i think)

32gb one is probably the most worth in the long run. There's only them special Vita memory cards. There are 4, 8,16 and 32 gb but I recommend the 32gb.

How much of an idiot does someone have to be to sell their Vita without removing their PSN info first?

TC you should have checked to see if their credit card was attached to it and if so, purchased every single game on PSN.

Every vita has a serial number and is tied to a specific PSN account. Sorry but unless you contact the seller and have him deactivate it there is no way you can ever really use that system.

Nonsense, deactivating only removes access from their games. All OP needs(needed?) to do was wipe the system and format the card. Not sure how it didn't work the first time unless he only wiped the card. PSN account is on the system itself and the card.
