..let us explore the VIta's offerings this year:

Tearaway
Angry Birds Starwars
Ys (no solid release date makes me nervous)
Injustice
Amazing Spider Man
Sorcery Saga

Does the Vita have enough this holiday season to keep consumers interested?

There is too much competition around the holidays. Sony was wise to spread their offerings out over the course of the year instead of overloading us with games this holiday season.

I am literally drowning in games.

It is a scientific fact that one can drown in one inch of Vita games.

Well, they have submitted everything to Sony now for them to put it on PSN, but they say late Nov, possibly Dec.
