They are mostly Japanese games, which is fine if you like that. But as far as that the vita is no way dead there are still Alot of games coming out just Japanese games, it is what it is

There are still lots of Western indies coming out, but if you want industry-made Western games, yeah, not much is coming out anymore.

Is it possible to crowdfunded these Japanese games, so they can bring it to the West.

not likely, especially in cases like Tales of Innocence R where the dev is a money-hungry a******. People also won't pay you money for something that may or may not succeed.

But that is literally the entire point of crowdfunding! Tricking people into thinking that you can!
Operation Latex Turtle is a go.

Crowdfunding for Vita localizations can work sometimes, but like crowdfunding in general, it tends to take forever. We'll be getting the Muv-Luv trilogy and Sharin no Kuni on Vita in English eventually thanks to their Kickstarter campaigns.

I remember they said we'll be getting those by the end of the year. I don't see it happening.

I think Sharin no Kuni was bumped to 2018 at some point. Maybe we can manage to get a PSN release of the first Muv-Luv before 2017 is over, but I'm not holding my breath, and I'm definitely not expecting any more than that.
