What the heck? It's an official sony one, so is this a vita software issue? It's not constant and taking out putting back in fixes it for awhile.

check the cap and whether the memcard is inserted properly, check if some dust is in the way

Just to sure you've not damaged the spring, you're pushing it into the spring until it clicks when inserting it & then when you remove it you're pushing it until it unlocks from the spring right?

I was getting that with one of my memory cards, while others work fine.
