There's a guaranteed drop outside of the Gran Soren aqueduct on a boat that respawns every 3 days. Sorry if this is old but hope it helps.

You can also search in and on top of the fountain for money to help with paying the inn, I don't know when this respawns though
Life is overrated.

Also a token on the end of the beach near the starting town.. not sure how fast it respawns but it's just in a little crate or something. Not a fun quest by any means but if you do the one near the first town you can double up and kill the bunnies every time you leave town for another quest.

There's actually 2 of them right there. One is on the sand in corner just before you head out to the rocks to get the one you described.

Next to the pawn Guild there's a house with a balcony that has a Chest that respawns every 5-8 days. To get it to appear you may have to reload the game. It also contains Leather Shoes and Short Pants, so be sure you save the game first and then loot it, so that you can reload if you don't get it.

Also in the starting fishing village, there's a room next to the house you wake up in, it has either a Seeker's Token or a Work Table, it too spawns every 5-8 days. This is a convenient location to farm tokens, as you can get the one's on the beach, and in the town, and then rest at the inn for 50 gold a night.

Edit: I should also mention, it would be wise to do the escort quests before you start sleeping for long stretches, as they will expire if too many days elapse. Eventually you'll run out of escort quests if they all expire or you do them, so don't make the mistake I made and miss them if you want Affinity with certain characters.
