Project Zero 2 (Fatal frame 2 in US), they released it about 2 months ago in EU i think, and they didn't print many. So it's rare game.
Also, soon i get donkey kong country returns and metroid prime trilogy collector's edition in mail for laughably low price, both new of course.

Nobody has The Last Story? :O

I don't consider that rare or obscure. there was a LOT of attention around it. I do have it though

It's rare alright. I don't play the game enough online and yet I'm ranked 23 in NA.

Huh. Maybe people don't play online? This is the Wii we are talking about here. I can't say I've ever tried it...

I don't know how rare any of these are but they are the Wii games I own that you don't see a whole lot of mention of anywhere, especially the Pajama Sam game, that's probably the rarest of the lot.

Bakugan Battle Brawlers: Defenders of the Core
Battle of the Bands
Deadly Creatures
NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams
Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers
Pajama Sam: No Need to Hide When It’s Dark Outside
I have: NES, GB, GBA(3), PSX(5), DC, PS2, PSP(2), GC(2), Wii, XB, XB360
I want: GBP, GBL, GBC, SNES, MD, MCD, 32X, SS, PS3, PSV

Rarest? Metroid Prime Trilogy, probably.

Most obscure? That'd have to be either Blastworks or Dokapon Kingdom.

Funny how almost everyone says Metroid Prime Trilogy.
Not exactly a rare game when just about every single person has a copy of it.
Even my friend has it.
I never got it because I have the original two GameCube Primes and Metroid prime 3 Corruption so I never needed it.
My friend has a black Wii so he couldn't play the original Primes and thus had to get Trilogy.

Mmm... Too difficult to just pick one, so I'll name a few
These might be rare, but not exactly for being good:
-Offroad Extreme: Special Edition (absolutely nothing special about it.... The best part of the game was the credits...)
-Escape from Bug Island

Aside from those, and regarding the obscure ones, I'd go with Valhalla Knights (I actually enjoyed the game), Opoona, both Rune Factories, Arc Rise Fantasia, Phantom Brave, or Fragile.

Metroid Prime Trilogy and Xenoblade Chronicles. Xenoblade may not be that rare, but later on it will be.

Really? I own it, but in some stores over here you can find copies of that one stacked in piles with no buyers. (It truly saddens me, since it's one of my favourites on this console.)

As for mine, probably either Muramasa: The Demon Blade, or The Last Story Limited Edition.
