This would probably be the easiest and best hack ever if someone modified the Power Supply so that the Wii U can run on a Laptop battery and thus we have the most powerful portable console on the market,

For example if you were on a Train keep the Wii U in your backpack and play games on it via the Wii U gamepad,

Sure its not as ideal as a 3DS or a Vita but its more than a possibility.

I say go for it. If my beast of a laptop. G74sx with a 560gtxm can have a battery then so can the wiii u.

I was surprised to see that the Wii U does contain a Lithium battery, although it's just a watch battery. It's been a while since I bought anything other than a watch that actually used one. Even video games no longer use those things for saves. I wonder why the Wii U needs one.
