Homebrew on Wii is awesome. I have never used it for piracy, nor will I ever. I still buy Wii games. This happening on WiiU is good for me. On the flip side, I can't agree with misuse of it.

Implying that homebrew = piracy.

It is here, actually. It's bass-ackwards logic, but there you go.

Yup, ha ha, I did mod mine after Nintendo of America kept giving me the middle finger and thanks to this, I can now play Project Zero 2 Wii Edition AKA Fatal Frame Deep Crimson Butterfly and also Fatal Frame Mask of the Lunar Eclipse, two ISOs I downloaded, and they work perfectly!

Lol.

i meant primarily it. you could play wii games and virtual console games on it, but bnow you can play both on your wii u after you transfer. i've heard a lot of people say they waited till they transfered their stuff THEN made it a homebrew box

Yes, my Wii is sitting right next to my Wii U as a homebrew box for all of the amazing classic games spanning from NES to N64. It's also my Gamecube.

After my Wii ate my 1019 GC memory card and froze in the middle of a LoZ Collection Majora's Mask playthrough, we weren't really good friends anymore as far as gamecube games were concerned.

I love my Wii homebrew box! I just moved it to another room and it doubles as a Netflix box.
