The game didn't start development until after Kid Icarus was complete regardless of it's reveal. Although, the dev team is larger this time given the help of Namco, but don't expect much if anything. Sakurai seems intent on keeping quite until it's close to launch.

This. While they have the game up and running since last year, Sakurai mentioned it on the Nintendo website, I still don't think they will % show anything. He's the kinda developer who only shows his work when it is close to completion. He was surprised when Iwata revealed the games at e3
Fanboys are a cancer to gaming but Sony fanboys are a particularly aggressive and repulsive form.

The thing I want in Smash Bros wii u is:
- Game updates allowing for patches and tweaks.
- User level integration in matchmaking game.
- Better online.
- An increased roster, more female brawlers joining in.

The reason why brawl was ok and not great was because it lacked those features.

Wow, I'd hate to see your opinion on the other two Smash games.
Mega Man Powered Up is the best PSP exclusive and you know it.

Considering the time between the start of Brawls development and its first trailer, and more than a year of development time will have passed by E3, I think it's fair to say we can expect a trailer.
Not changing this signature until a new F-Zero is announced. *started 6/18/10*
F-Zero > Mario Kart. If you disagree, it's because you're bad at F-Zero.

I'm sure we'll see something if not at e3 then maybe TGS.

correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe nintendo doesn't attend TGS.

True, but they do a private conference before of after TGS...

They are switching over to Nintendo Direct for all their announcements. I think they skipped their near TGS showing in favor of a Direct.
