I see Ubi now has the rights to South Park....wonder if that means any South Park games coming to the Wii U...or not.

South Park Studios argues they should own the South Park games by default, the way the contracts were written.

Big legal battle over South Park, may be a delay from it.

THQ only had crap series. Best series they had was Red Faction and that is mediocre. They died because all they ever produced was garbage.

It's supposed to be made like a South Park episode or episodes with Matt & Trey in charge, so they don't want to see Ubisoft ruin the game they've spent a year or 2 making.

Sounds like it's 90% complete anyways.
