If by June there isn't anything that rivals Canvas Curse then we can say the Wii U launch /post launch was Nintendo's worst ever.
Zombi U, Lego City Undercover and Monster Hunter Tri Ultimate - take your pick.
Mediocre, Mediocre and Mediocre.
Nice attempt at trolling, but no, Monster Hunter Tri Ultimate is a rewarding game, with 100's of hours of single player content and excellent online multiplayer; it's far from mediocre. The only thing mediocre is your opinion on games.
MH is one of the most boring games ever. A clunky combat system, no story and well the only thing you do in the game is kill monsters and get better equipment. There is a reason why it doesnt do so well out in the west.
That has more to do with Capcom not localising every game in the series, and the difficulty of finding local multiplayer ad-hoc players in the west. Yes, it's a loot-lust game, with little story, but the loot-lust is the charm, not a detriment. Combat is not so much clunky, but there is an animation-priority, which requires you to be methodical about your timing; it's all about learning how and when to attack, not just trying to hack n' slash.
It's a gamer's game, and it's not mediocre, If you don't like it, well that's your loss. Tri Ultimate is possibly the best one in the series, especially because of the online play.
