By All-Stars, I mean all these games made in HD with the NSMBU engine, this allowing for Multiplayer and advanced physics:

Super Mario Bros.
Super Mario Bros. 2
Super Mario Bros. The Lost Levels
Super Mario Bros. 3
Super Mario World
New Super Mario Bros.
New Super Mario Bros. Wii
New Super Mario Bros. 2
New Super Mario Bros. U

Personally, I think this'd be well worth the $60 asking price, as you're getting every game in the creme de la creme of 2D Platformers from Super Mario for a modest price.
One of the proud people that still plays Mirror's Edge to this day.
Not changing my sig until DICE officially announces Mirror's Edge 2

All (but the 2 handheld ones) I can already play on my Wii U (Either properly or Wii mode), so No. But it'd be a great deal, especially if you included the Luigi DLC for NSMBU

I'm gonna say no. Games like Super Mario World do not benefit from the NSMB engine at all. The only interesting thing about this would be to see the games in HD.

Duh! Who wouldn't buy that!

A more realistic one would just have NSMB, NSMBWii, NSMB2, and NSMBU.

No, I already own those games, and I'm not one to care all that much about graphics. I'd appreciate the improved physics for SMB and The Lost Levels, but I think SMB3 and SMW already control well, perhaps even better than the New games, so I wouldn't be in favour of that.

I would rather see a collection of all the 3D games in HD and 3D.

Sure, if only because you said it would have multiplayer for the originals. Multiplayer is a big factor in why I love NSMBW and NSMBU so much, and prefer them over their handheld counterparts.

Multiplayer is much more fun as they HAVE to make Luigi, peach and Toad more unique. And then they can all be chosen to rescue the princess

Probably not.
I want a new Super Mario All-Stars to include all Mario 2D platformers, both consoles and handhelds.
And the new Lost World would be the old Super Mario Bros Special, only released on NEC-PC8801 and Sharp X1 in Japan.
Don't remake the graphics, I want the old look.
