Does Nintendo have a good reason not to release the Pikmin 3 and W101 demos?

I mean, they've been being played at all of these events for the past year now. We (hopefully to god) should have these games within the next couple months. Why not release those demos on the e-shop?

I agree. If Nintendo wants the system to get more attention/sales, then they need to not hold things back. Not just for owners, but the kiosks in stores really should get them too so people can see what it has, and what is to come.

Demos donīt sell games. Statistically proven. Nintendo is not dumb.

Nintendo has never had a demo for their first party games.

Fire Emblem: Awakening had a demo. Never played it, though, don't know if it was any good or was as counterproductive as the Monster Hunter demo.
