hdmi help?

so monster hunter looks terrible with SCART, so i plugged in the hdmi cable to the tv and the wiiu, set the tv settings to hdmi and...

nothing.

any help?

May have to go to system settings and change it to HDMI.

Not trying to make you sound stupid, but are you on the correct hdmi input for the TV? I know plenty if people that put it on the wrong one and can't figure out why their system is broken.

What is the tv/monitor/display set as (480i, 480p, 720p, that stuff)? Try setting it to 480i. Then try the cables and change the settings.
According to Pachter, my i5 and 7850 is weak :(
