I got the game thinking it would be something similar to a story driven RPG.

You know.... fight monsters, plot, level up, boss, more monsters, plot, boss, etc, last boss end game.

This is just a hunting game?!?!?

How much trade in can I get for this?

So you bought the game without researching what it was about?

You mean you don't appreciate all the endless grinding and item collection?
they have the PC version of Darksiders 2 running on WiiU in 1080 native at 60 fps and full graphics options on. Neither 360 or PS3 can come close

The game name was certainly not deceptive in that regard.

It's definitely not for everyone. It took me a while to get into it, but I ended up playing it for 100 hours (10 more than my next-highest Wii U game, AC3). I don't have any desire to play it again, other than the fact that I feel bad Chamberlyne said he would wait for me no matter what and I feel bad he'll be waiting there for the rest of eternity for someone that will never return.

Poor Chamberlyne. :(

I didn't enjoy the demo, so I skipped the game at launch. I almost broke down and bought it a couple weeks back, though, just because I can't help but think I'm missing something in the game that the demo didn't offer. The fan base for the game is so strong that I must be missing something, right?

I played 50ish hours with my friend on the Wii version. There's a lot of fun to be had, but the difficulty and brutal penalties for dying (what, I just spent 40 minutes to accomplish NOTHING?!) ultimately turned me off the series.

I don't get the appeal. This type of game seems more suited for an MMO.
