Super Smash Bros
Legend of Zelda
Mario Kart

Three series that embody everything that is great about Nintendo.

Look at XBOX's Call of Duty. A fantastic game - it really is - that XBOX just kept churning out. They made a new one every two years, and now everyone is tired of the exhausted franchise. XBOX milked it's best game like a tired old cow. They have no dignity (yes, I know COD is also playable on the Wii and PS3, but let's face it - it's an XBOX game, and maybe a little bit of a PS3 game. Definitely not a serious Wii game).

Now, Super Smash Bros has been limited to one game per console. Nintendo could have easily pushed 8 Super Smash Bros games out by now, with each one being crappier than the last, just like COD. The same idea goes for Legend of Zelda and Mario Kart.

But no, Nintendo has a thing called dignity. It has respect for the games it creates, and it doesn't churn them out every year until the series loses all its fans.

This time next year, the PS4 and XBOX One will be cowering under the shadow of these three series, which are far from growing stale.

Nintendo has remained true to its origins, and it will win this generation of console wars.

We'll be incredibly lucky if even one of those games is in stores by this time next year, while millions of people will probably be playing CoD: Ghosts 2 by then.

I doubt it, unless there are a lot of people who will get the Wii U just for 3 games. The casual market left the nintendo, and that was the vast majority of nintendo sales.

Their IPs are getting stale, yes CoD is stale incase you're wondering. The 80s and 90s are over nintendo never moved on, and the Wii U is 6 years to late to the market they can compete in.
If you don't like the smell of pigfarts, stay out of the pigpen.
