Would Bayonetta become a second or possibly first party series for Nintendo?

Just a question. If Bayo 2 was to have a sequel then wouldn't it be another Nintendo exclusive due to the fact that Nintendo owned the rights to the second game? And if Bayonetta was to be released would they put it on the Wii? I doubt Nintendo would easily give up the rights. The same question goes for the Wonderful 101.
