Considering Rare is left making Kinect games on Ms consoles and employes are being laid off do you think Nintendo should( assuming they could) get Rare back on their side?

Well, since much of the original developers apparently left after being bought Microsoft, Nintendo should just hire those guys and leave Rare to rot with Microsoft having no idea what to do with them.

If there were a way to get the IPs back without buying Rare, than yes. What we knew as Rare is now gone. If anything, Nintendo should try to purchase the old Rare IPs and use Retro Studios to make games from them.
There's a real gamer inside us all, it's why we complain,
it's why we speculate. We're gamers, worst prophets in the world, best conspiracy theorists ever.

No, Rare is not even a shell of what they once were. They are but a shadow.

No. No real talent from the old days are left there.

Just get Bano and Conker's IPs.
To be fair, the overall plot of the MGS series sounds like it was written by a 7 year old on amphetamines.-CrystalKing5426

Nope. Nintendo sold them at the right time.
The Stamper brothers(founders of the company) are not even with the company anymore.
This sentence is false. The previous sentence is true.

Yes. I think they should. If nothing else but for the IPs. They could always train them to make games that are actually good.
