Well for a game that would only sell for a month, It's still quite high up there after that month.

Here's the problem. Mario Kart sold well, because the people that owned a Wii U got it. This isn't like the N64 or GameCube where they struggled but still managed to sell well. Wii U is in a different situation. It did squat for the systems sales in June. The question is how well will the Wii U do in July with another month of Kart?

Sadly if Ubi decides to whore out Watchdogs like they did AssCreed, it'll get more sales. Probably have 4 Watchdogs before the gen is done

And probably improve greatly upon the original game's weaknesses in the process.

Well it apparently took 5 AssCreed iterations to fix the damned engine of running up walls for no reason. That's not very comforting (though they did fix a lot with the 2nd AssCreed compared to the first).

Hasn't Watch_Dogs already shipped 8 million units? Mario Kart 8 isn't going to sell more than that, The Wii U install base makes it impossible.

Now you'll say that Wii U will continuing selling and so will MK8, true, but only up to a point. GC sold 20 million units and Double Dash sold under 7 million. Wii U is on track to sell less, ergo so will MK8.

There was an article in Polygon that said, showed rather, how MK8 will most likely be the lowest selling game in the series.

And I'm a MK8 fan btw, I bought Mario Kart 8, didn't and wont buy Watch_dogs, we're not talking quality here, just sales.
Last gen to-play list: Okami HD, Peace Walker HD, Red Dead Redemption, Nier.
Currently playing: FFX/X-2 HD

Its sales will still have been front heavy even if it still trucks slowly along.

140k sales and a 233% increase elsewhere.

Where did you get your info? Well, it doesn't have to be valid, I guess. Anything to spite da Ninty drones lol

Because it's impossible for sales to increase, right?

Shipped =/= sold.

GC sold 20 million units and Double Dash sold under 7 million. Wii U is on track to sell less, ergo so will MK8.

MK8's launch sales are only behind Wii's in selling time and amount.

And you seriously still don't believe that the Wii U will sell more, or that MK8 won't?

2 million+ MK8 sales on a console with 6 million+ sales. That's two-sixths. In a month.

There was an article in Polygon that said

MK8 would struggle to sell 1.2 million in its lifetime? And then it made more than that in a few days?

Uh, yeah, Polygon isn't reliable.
