But not Halo 4.

Discuss.

(Though I'll admit, they did crack down a lot of info on GTA5)

No surprise. A game like AC 3 carries appeal because of it's single player content and "adventure" style.

I haven't played AC3 but it looks amazing. Halo 4 is great and is getting nearly all my time but it is a pretty simple style of gaming.

Assassin's Creed = A series which had great potential, but the developers decided to link the future to the game and make the story 100x more absurd and complicated than it needed to be.

If they kept AC in the past, with no future links, no animus and no Desmond. It would have been so much better to play. But it simply isn't fun, the story is abysmal. I need a good story to follow, especially if it is an adventure game.

I will get AC3 at some point though. Hitman is where my allegiance is at though.

AC3 is probably the better game. At least it doesn't have a community of whiny MLG wannabees that complain about every new feature and hate that the game might actually appeal to a broader (read: casual) audience...

I wasn't too impressed with AC 3 tbh.

I don't think it's a "bad" game or anything, but it felt incomplete. It seemed really short (compared to AC2 and Brotherhood) even when I was trying to do whichever side missions were available to me. Also, I'm not much of a fan of Connor. The best thing about it, IMO, was free-running through the trees.

Anyways, I've traded it in towards Far Cry 3, which is the Ubisoft game that I'm really excited for this year.

B-but AC3 came out in October. Except PC, which was today, but main launch was October.
