Now we're getting somewhere, good post. I think they ought to remake a Zanzibar just for good measure. That is almost as small as a BTB map can get while at the same time being just as satisfying as a very large BTB map such as Sandtrap.
I'm hoping for some that are as large or even larger than Waterworks and containment from Halo 2.
Halo 5 needs 15 maps AT LEAST when launched. 5 small, 5 medium and 5 big team. The lack of variety amongst many other things is what really killed halo 4s mm.
I wouldn't say no to that. I think Halo 4 deprived the fans, almost starved them, to be honest. It's a sad day when the product you used to adore, even love, has become such a mindless game; a chore almost. November 6th, 2012 was that sad day and Halo 4 is that chore.
It wouln't hurt, to give the fans what they want and even surplus. Especially since it might make up for the terrible selection or lack thereof in the BTB category, especially for CTF. And Assault isn't even in the game? That's laziness.
If there were people to play with on H3 I wouldn't look back after leaving my miserable H4 discs in the dust.
Even if they just remade all the BTB maps to fit the way of the style of play, that would be perfectly okay with me. Looka t Halo 3's maps and then look at Halo 4's maps. The comparisons will make you mad. It's like children designed the maps for the adults and the producers from 343i okayed the thought. Halo 4 is pitiful.
Since Halo 3 is supposedly going to be free theres gonna be a ton of new players and I wouldn't mind just switching over to Halo 3 BTB. Then I remembered that its all covies/heavies now on those awful forge maps. We had to wait 2 hours before CTF Valhalla came up and NO ONE voted for it except us.
