In the final choice, where you have to kill Trevor, Michael, or choose Deathwish, which did you choose? How much does it impact the game? Like if I kill Trevor and haven't completed all of his missions yet, am I unable to get 100% completion?

I'm trying to find out now. I'm wondering if I kill Trevor if his money gets split and I can do his trafficking missions with someone else

Why would anyone choose anything other than C? In a game where you're constantly going on "suicide missions" and coming out fine, an option called "Deathwish" is just what you need to round out the story.

That, and I'm not sure if you get to deliver the coup de grace to literally everyone who has crossed you in options A or B.

Well if the dead character had any properties, they come up for sale again, I know that much.
CJ should have had a constant 1-star rating, being a black guy in L.A in the 90's.

If I could kill Michael and Trevor I would. I don't need 3 characters after I've finished the game. So I went back and chose A. The money got split but it's not showing the option to buy the airfield.
