The skill in Bloodshed "Killing Bl0w" states "Massively increases Melee Damage against enemies with low health."

What is the threshold for low health? I think it could be useful against bosses if it is done in a percentage (which it probably is), since if the percentage is something like 25% and you're fighting something that has several million HP (Terramorphous), then the extra 500% Melee Damage on top of your Melee Damage when exiting Deception would be a beastly amount of damage. As it stands, I've dealt a minimum (as a figure that was highest, that I noticeably saw) was at least 1 million.

Any feedback on this would be appreciated. I'm just trying to work out if it's worth the extra 2 points in Killing Bl0w from Ir0n Hand.

Yeah it's about 25%. I wish it was 30 - 35%.

25% is okay though, it makes it more worthwhile on the bosses and enemies that have loads of health. Thanks for the feedback though, and I'll be sure to check the videos later when I get back from picking up my daughter from school.
Long days and pleasant nights.
