That is the current state of affairs. However if they have yet to fix it by November they need to consider some kind of reconciliation program to keep consumer trust. Which is something Bethesda failed to do and thus they are still being looked upon as a group with questionable reliability in their products. Also referred to as the idea that every Bethesda game is riddled with bugs that will mostly not get fixed.
No dev team that is reputable would want that label. Bethesda can get away with it because they make rather good games other than the bugs and their main issue is that they don't care about the consumer enough to care about all mediums they release on.
Gearbox has a single glitch affecting all 3 but that means two things. They have to fix it or they will lose a lot of consumer trust or that they can simply take the approach Bethesda games do and make excuses.
Gearbox thus far has shown a bit more concern over their bug but it is still to be seen what comes of it. That is the nature of AAA releases.
