I've been having a hard time on the Hyperion Info Stockade quest (I'm level 28), and I wonder if I've been doing it wrong all along?

I've been focusing on the Gunpowder tree, but is that really all that great for soloing? I'm not sure if I should be putting my points into the other two trees, people of gamefaqs, what do you reccomend me?

It's more about having the right weapon for the enemy. Most of your targets will be armored, so explosive and corrosive will work best. If you're still struggling, try to get new guns.

Guerrilla. Turret is awesome and will out damage you 99.99999% of the time in the first play through.

5x Sentry (+1 turret shot/level)
5x Willing (shield recharge rate/delay buff)
1x Scorched Earth (TF2 Engy Lv3 Turret /w rapid firing rockets)

Congradulations, you can now just throw the turret and watch it solo everything.

Its even more lulz when I got a Class mod that gave +2 to Sentry.
Actually, since Wedge Antilles > Carriers, and Carriers = Instant win, then it should be Wedge Antilles > Instant win. He's just that good XD -PsionicDude
