I was looking at serenes forest and i thought it said that only characters with the dual attack skill have a chance for dual attacks when paired with another unit, but then I had two other characters do it and neither of them had the skill. So does the dual attack skill only increase the chances of it happening and any two units can have it happen?

I believe it just improves the chanc elf it happening.
I'm not Superman, that's for sure. And I'm not Batman or Spiderman or Aquaman or a wolfman or a merman. I'm not brahman or common or ramen, either.

the skill just increases chances of the partner actually attacking.as long as the partner can attack, the chance is there.
