I prefer this to StarFox SNES style.

It's not really "cheaping out" when VAs generally get paid the same amount regardless of how much work they do.

There's also Bravely Default, where everything is voiced out.

But yeah, for this game it's probably just a style, and one I honestly don't mind, and to keep the budget and file size small, though I'm also not sure how large BD is..
Not removing this sig until Bravely Default:Flying Fairy is localized.

It's rather impressive for a handheld. If you don't realize that then... well, no helping you.

Devil Survivor Overclocked is basically like this game and had 100% voice acting...

This game has an insane number of lines of text. I haven't played DSOC, but this game probably has a lot more text than that.

I generally hate fully voiced RPGs so I'm glad they went this route.

And if reading bothers you, RPGs and Strategy games might not be the best genre for you.

I'm positive that this game has WAY more dialogue than DSO. Between all of the cutscenes, battle quotes, and the loads upon loads of support conversations, it probably would have taken at least an extra month to finish the game if they had done voice acting for everything.

I like it. Its very simple, and you can choose Japanese or English.

I dont like when there is too much voice acting.
