Whoever designed him probably used to work for Square-Enix.

Nope. We've had this kind of character archetype in FE for a while now. Lucius from FE7, for example.
First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes adults flying through a portal in the sky.

Nope. I insta-remembered Lucius from FE7, and I had noticed he was a man when I saw "War MONK" written. And why Square-enix? Is there a reference I don't see?

Nope. I didn't even think of Lucius. I was just like. "How did you mistake him for a woman, Chrom? He's very obviously a man."

Lucius was a proper trap. Libra honestly looks too manfaced considering he's supposed to be a trap.

Also his voice is pretty womanly but it doesn't fit the face at all.

It's just that SE usually has a few characters that can lead to Viewer Gender Confusion.

That's because a woman voices him. Which I thought was a really stupid move. I feel like with Libra and Kellam's gimmicks they took them a bit to far.

It's a FE tradition; There's feminish males, quiet swordsman, red & green calvary, etc
