Rally Luck D Useful for Armsthrift or to dodge Crits. Pair ups solve this problem enough and most enemies dont get a good enough chance to crit. The most useless Rally.
Sure it heals less than Lifetaker but it activates every turn therefore its more reliable in higher difficulties where you arent always guranteed a kill. Defensive oriented units can use this well. Its between Sol and Lifetaker easily Sol>Renewal>Lifetaker. Renewal has saved me a bunch of times aas it turns a badly beaten unit from the previous enemy phase and makes them reliable to be put back into action.
Renewal is really only useful in Lunatic+ and Lunatic to a very very small extent but mostly Lunatic+. It won't get much use in lower difficulties since you should be tanking hits sufficiently and you always have Sol which will keep you in tip top shape.
TL;DR Renewal benefits present themselves with counter units everywhere.
MH will have to wait and why do most GameFAQ'ers in the 3DS board have sex with their 3DS?
Rally luck: D- Not a very good rally. Renewal: S- Great amount of hp restored every turn and it doesn't require attacking enemies like sol. It is incredibly overpowered on maps where you can choose when to aggro groups of enemies.
