While normally unreliable, Rightful King Inigo seems to theoretically make Lethality somewhat reliable... if this has been discussed before I obviously was unsuccessful in finding it. :O
49 max skill as a hero +10 from Limit Break
59 skill/4 = 14.75% + 10% from Rightful King means each hit is 24.75% instant kill.
With a brave weapon...(1-(1-.2475)*(1-.2475)) = roughly 43% chance total, made even better if he's doubling the target.
Is that reliable enough to consider using? If so, would Lifetaker or a 2nd proc skill like Sol be best in the last slot? (Assuming Galeforce, Lethality, Rightful King, and Limit Break being the other 4 skills.)
I give it to Olivia since as a Dancer I know she ain't going to do enough damage to murder face so a chance of Lethality is better than her wailing and barely hurting the enemy that used Pass to get to her. >_>
No. Why Rightful King boosted Lethality when you can Rightful King boost Luna or Astra?
Just as long as you don't make it your only proc skill.
I'd probably take this advice, myself. Having a 43% chance of an instant kill is pretty nice, and having a backup proc skill (like Luna, Sol, or Astra) would be the fallback method of dealing tons of damage / healing should Lethality not take its precedence.
